Our very own Director, Rhys Davidson has over 10+ years experience in Mortgage & Protection Advice having worked in the industry for various different estate agents and independent brokerages during that time. Rhys has an extensive knowledge of the Buy to Let mortgage market and is an expert in helping BTL Landlords both in personal and limited company names grow their property portfolios.
Root Mortgages has grown and expanded with Francesca McDonald joining the team in 2022, bringing with her over 8+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry. She has helped endless amounts of First Time Buyers and Homemovers with their mortgage and protection needs and continues to do so, taking great pride in her work and support.
In 2025, Megan Davies joined the team, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a Mortgage & Protection advisor having worked for the largest UK Estate Agent as their own in-house advisor, meaning she is experienced in all aspects of the housing buying process.
